Omega Authorised Repairer

Omega Authorised Repairer

It’s official, you can now finally see OBR Horology listed on Omega’s website as an authorised repairer! Omega opened up the spare parts program back in 2017/18, before I had even started my business. In August 2019 OBR Horology was born and by July of 2021 I started the process of becoming an authorised repairer slowly. I finalised the application process in the second half of 2022 after some delays due to Covid and my own response times.

In September/ October of this year I went over to Omega HQ in Melbourne for a week of training and exams. I was lucky enough to pass the exam first time round and gain my Authorised Omega repairer status. All in all it took me approximately two years, lots of work, tools, money and time but totally worth it.

Having completed the process now we are pleased to represent Omega. We undertake all repairs in accordance with Omega service guidelines and procedures. The aim is to provide consistent, high quality service so that your watch receives the same top standard of service and repair whether you went to Omega directly or came to us.

We undertake

  • watch battery replacement

  • pressure testing

  • casing and seal kits

  • Polishing and refinishing of case and band
